After a busy 2018, Deadite Press is ready to kick off 2019 and 2020 with some kick-ass fucked-up horror fiction!
Here’s what we have coming out:
SUCCULENT PREY by Wrath James White
April, 15th 2019
“This is a serial cannibalistic killer’s wet dream come true. The author Wrath James White had written something beyond dark, beyond morbid.”
– John Rizo, HorrorNews.Net
“The Resurrectionist by Wrath James White the kind of novel that can unsettle even the most hardened gore fanatic. White writes the kind of horror that gets under your skin, and reading his brand of hardcore fiction may have the unintended side effect of making you feel…wrong. Seriously wrong.”
– I.E. Lester, Dark Scribe Magazine
Fifteen years ago Joseph Miles was abducted, tortured and almost killed by a serial killer with the taste for blood, but Joseph got away. He is the only survivor. Now Joseph has a problem – he is convinced that his torturer passed a virus on to him. A sickness that will turn him into a serial killer. Joseph must find a cure before the woman he loves – the woman who is currently chained to his bed – becomes his next victim.
LAKEHOUSE INFERNAL by Christine Morgan
May, 15th 2019
“Lakehouse Infernal is the coolest, ball-bustingest, most outrageous, and most ENTERTAINING horror novel you’re likely to find in a long time.”
– Edward Lee author of CITY INFERNAL
Lake Misquamicus was an unremarkable lake in Florida, unremarkable that is until suddenly it was filled with six billion gallons of blood, bile, pus, piss, shit and …things… directly from the pits of Hell. First, the public was in shock, then the government built a wall, and as time passed it became another urban legend. But for some, it has become a travel destination. Spring-breakers, drug-runners, and religious nuts. But a weekend getaway on the shores of Hell, may not be the safest idea…
With an introduction by an officially endorsed by splatterpunk legend Edward Lee, LAKEHOUSE INFERNAL is an official entree in Lee’s infamous INFERNAL series. Christine Morgan (SPERMJACKERS FROM HELL) expands on this universe with her own twist of hardcore horror tourism.
“Think Spring Break, only instead of a beach house, it’s a lakehouse, but the lakehouse IS IN FUCKIN’ HELL, that’s right, a chunk of Hell that’s been upheaved and pushed up into our pretty little world–sunny Florida, no less!”
– Edward Lee
ONE FOR THE ROAD by Wesley Southard
June 15th, 2019
“A road trip through Hell in the spirit of Skipp & Spector’s The Scream and Grady Hendrix’s We Sold Our Souls. I loved it!”
– Brian Keene, author of The Rising
“A gritty and authentic rampage through Rock ‘n’ Roll. I loved every word.”
– Matt Hayward, Bram Stoker nominated author of What Do Monsters Fear? and The Faithful
Only one more show and heavy metal guitarist Spencer Hesston can finally quit Rot in Hell. No more touring, no more fighting, and no more unwanted advances from the lead singer’s girlfriend. But instead of waking up the next day in their Midwestern hometown, the band finds themselves dazed and confused in an abandoned settlement in the middle of the desert, with no idea of how they got there.
Things are done a little differently out here: the trees have perverse urges, the spiders have human fingers, and every time they step outside the town transforms into a new hellish nightmare.
In this town, anything is possible, except making it out in one piece…
Deadite Press is proud to present a new novella from Wesley Southard, a work of surreal horror sure to please fans of SILENT HILL, JACOB’S LADDER, and LOST HIGHWAY.
“Wesley Southard’s writing thrums with uninhibited energy that’s both infectious and entertaining. Discovering Wesley’s work has been a joy, and you should seek out his books too. He’s definitely a writer to watch.”
– Jonathan Janz, author of The Siren and the Spector and Exorcist Falls
KILLER LAKE by W.D.Gagliani and David Benton
August 15th, 2019
Recipe for a Satanic panic:
Take a medium-sized cult and their best demonic summoning. Mix with a dash of strange psychic powers. Generously add murderous reanimated corpses, inbred cannibal rednecks, sex-starved half-naked coeds, horny football players, and a surprise creature or two. Sprinkle in a fancy log cabin mansion, a labyrinthine set of tunnels, and a secret ritual chamber. Stir. Bake on high at 666 degrees.
You know it’s gonna be one killer party…

January 15th, 2019

– Brian Keene, author of The Rising
When the cops were called to Harrington House Retirement Center, they had no idea of the madness that awaited them. The Coloureds were there. Creatures born from animated television who do not follow our rules of reality or morality. Hellbent on mischief and cruelty, the Coloureds have massacred those unlucky enough to encounter them. For the police now stuck in this nightmare, there may be no way out…
From one of the most creative and innovative authors in modern horror comes an insane story of technicolor terror, violence, and LSD.
This new edition features two bonus stories of bizarro horror, “Retrograde” and “Night of the Day of the Celebrated Folks.”
MEAT WAGON by Amber Fallon
February 15th, 2020
Every day we depend on firefighters, police, and EMTs for our lives. But what if they were the most dangerous threat?
A sinister otherworldly force has infested the first responders of the sleepy little borough of Burke Township. Those who’ve sworn to protect and serve are now the greatest threat to those in need. Tonight, the citizens of Burke must battle for their lives against the very structures of society we depend upon for our survival.
From Amber Fallon, author of TERMINAL and THE WARBLERS, comes a novel of terror and action about what happens when the most basic levels of society begin to crumble.
BUT THAT’S NOT ALL!!!!
There are still a few surprises we have in store for you. Expect to see more book announcements as the year goes on.
WHEN ARE OPEN SUBMISSIONS HAPPENING AGAIN?

From Grandmaster of Horror, Brian Keene, comes a pandemic tale of survival and terror.
When a freak storm hits, time is the enemy as a government-created super virus gets loose and spreads through the quiet little town of Godfrey, Illinois. But the virus isn’t the only threat. There are mysterious forces at play and disease is just one instrument of fear.
Previously out of print and never before available as a stand-alone, this new edition of WHITE FIRE has been revised and expanded, and is considered the Author’s Preferred Version.
From the Wonderland Book Award-winning twisted mind behind A God of Hungry Walls, Garrett Cook, comes the most offensive and inappropriate book yet released by the leading publisher of extreme horror, Deadite Press.
The news is a lie. The conspiracies are real. We all see the constant reports of mass shootings in the United States. Footage of death and panic and random citizens being massacred by terrorists or crazies. But what the viewers at home don’t see are the agendas these attacks are pushing or that those “victims” are trained actors paid to be a part of the scene. They are “crisis actors.”
John is a “Crisis Boy,” created by the secret organizations that really pull the strings behind the scenes of government and economics. He was created to be shot, stabbed, and blown-up and yet recover as no human should be able. He is used to staging massacres, assassinations, and create the kind of terror that will allow the powers that be to control the public and the world.
But on his latest assignment, John’s programming begins to break down. He begins to question his role in this massive manipulation of society. All because he’s met someone kind—a girl. Someone that he knows is supposed to die, but he’s going to do everything he can to prevent it.
Crisis Boy is an extreme horror novel of conspiracies, secret societies, and of how love and kindness can fuck-up the best-laid plans.
“One of the coolest book concepts I’ve heard in years. When you read Garrett Cook, you never quite know what kind of madness you’re going to get.” —Carlton Mellick III
From Andre Duza, celebrated author of Dead Bitch Army and WZMB, comes a groundbreaking horror novel told as a transcript of a rockumentary about the first band to go on tour after the zombie apocalypse.
The rock band, Serpentine, had been through a lot of shit. But then, so had the entire world after the dead rose and began consuming the living. They went from selling out stadiums to scavenging for food, shelter, and supplies. Their motto, “No gig is too small,” used to mean they would perform anywhere. Now it has come to mean they will survive anything.
But even after the apocalypse, they can’t escape their biggest fan–an undead groupie, dressed in a Serpentine t-shirt, that seems to be following them across the country.
Even if the world has ended, you gotta go on. Across America, small communities of survivors are rebuilding and trying to recreate the world that was lost. After making contact with one, Serpentine travels there to do what they were born to do–play a goddamn rock-and-fucking-roll show!
But the venue isn’t interested in only putting on a kick-ass show. The people there have been experimenting with the undead and Serpentine’s music could hold a key to moving forward in a world dominated by the walking dead.

From the celebrated author of the socially conscious horror novels THE VEGAN REVOLUTION…WITH ZOMBIES and BOOT BOYS OF THE WOLF REICH, David Agranoff, comes a brutal tale of eco-horror in the tradition of THE SHEEP LOOK UP and THE BRIDGE.
Mother Nature is angry. Really angry.
San Diego is known for being one of the most beautiful cities in America. There is trouble in paradise. Illness is rampant and people are starting to notice. A series of wildfires are popping up and threatening to surround the city. The air is becoming unbreathable, the water supply is contaminated, and the survivors are losing their sanity and grip on their humanity. For the millions of people stuck, the city has turned into a death trap.
From the homeless on the streets to City Hall, from the firefighters on the front lines to media covering the crisis, Ring of Fire is a kaleidoscopic look at the ecological collapse in the first world.
Humans have ravaged the planet for too long, now Mother Nature is going to get her revenge.
“The Horror Show with Brian Keene is holding its second annual 24-hour live streaming telethon to raise money for Scares That Care, a 501C(3) charity that helps children with cancer, women with breast cancer, and burn victims. STC is a completely volunteer organization. None of our staff and no one on the Board of Directors draws a salary. The money goes directly to the families in need. Our goal for this year $20,000 is 24 hours.
The 2018 Horror Show with Brian Keene Telethon will begin at noon (EST) on May 11 and end at noon (EST) on May 12. Just like last year, it will be live-streamed for free across the world. This year that stream will be via the Project Entertainment Network’s YouTube channel.
